The tee is optional only if you have two pissers otherwise the line from the top of the chamber to the bottom of the chamber (stinger) can just be one water line with out the tee that is the stock set up.
Not sure they are even available in any other thickness other than the stock gasket size. The way to change the compression is not with the gasket so much but with the domes. I have a west coast head on my Blaster that has 29cc domes + the stock gasket for a total of 35cc of combustion chamber...
I think the 9103 is the dome volume 9103 = 33cc not 100% sure on this. The west coast heads use the stock style cylinder head gasket @ 0.052 thick this will give you 6cc of volume you will need to add to the volume of the West Coast head so if you do have 33cc dome + 6cc for the stock style...
A bit I have tried two different routing and a restrictor going to the pisser no noticeable difference however I do not think the changes added anymore the 20-30 degrees not much to change the performance that I could tell. Where did you get that coupler?
