Sweet, I just got approved! This is pretty awesome. I was just going to buy a RAD Valve for my CR250 I race harescrambles with and now I am going to be buying a lot more.

My friends barely get an hour out of their 800's. I would doubt an hour will be achievable. I thought I remeber people saying they were getting 30 minutes to a tank, but my guess is that's a lot of WOT. I don't know of many people that build the 1100 to just bomb around though.

I think this build is awesome, and its sweet to see people trying different things. Do you know what the cylinders are from? I know they are big bore cylinders for a sled, but what sled? I assume the sleeves are custom made for ski porting too? I think this thing is going to rip!

I remember seeing a thread you started a few months back, and was super excited about this hull. I absolutely love the look of it and your pricing is very competitive.

Does anyone know where to get gas caps like these? I can find them for motorcycles pretty easily, but they don't have a filler neck that I could attach a hose to.

Now, I am no expert on engines and porting. However, if you go with the snowmobile route are you worried about the porting of a snowmobile cylinder? I would imagine its a bit more of a high revving cylinder even with the powervalves. I think some more experienced members may chime in on this...

That would be AWESOME! I know I could bring a few riders. There used to be a greatlakeswatercross race in Sheboygan, but they stopped that a year or two ago. That should be a perfect location. About an hour drive from the fox valley and an hour from Milwaukee.

We usually ride Lake Winnebago near Waverly Bar and Grill in Menasha. Or we ride the fox river in Kimberly/Kaukauna. The fox is perfect for setting up buoys since the traffic is usually non existent and we can set up and the end of a section so now one cares or bothers us.

Any of you fellow Wisconsinites heading to daytona? We got a crew of 6 heading there from the Fox Valley area.
