I just use a screw drive to keep my pole up. I am working on something to make my spring better. Stuck a block of wood in there and saw the light. So now its time for something not so ghetto Fab.

Noted. Ill replace the bushings and tighten. Hopefully that fixes it. And mess with the spring. Man its never ending. Something new keeps coming up lol.

So just found this. Does any one have any pics of their home made spring tensioner thingy.... My pole has never felt that heavy but it drops like a brick. So figured this would help.

It's the pole. Ints not the plate. 100 percent not that. I just put the new plate on. I was thinking about taking the pole out to tighten that nut, just figured I might as well replace the bushings while I was at it. Didn't know if the pole always had a bit of a wiggle to it. Fresh tightened...

Need some advice. So my pole has a bit of side to side wiggle to it. Like if I hold the bars straight and shift my arms from side to side theres a wiggle to my pole, almost like its loose. Im wondering if my bushings are shot and need to be replaced. Any input? Thanks.

Im trying to go to OCS this summer. Which will have me gone for 3 months. June through August. Thats the bulk of the summer. So, maybe after I get back do a few more things.

I think for now, im gonna leave my motor alone for the most part. Timing advance for sure. Thinking bored Nozzel and maybe lightened flywheel. And maybe a head if I come across one that I feel is a good deal sorta thing. From what it sounds I would have to do something really drastic to lose...

What pitch prop should I look for, something that will give me some bottom end but still allow me to get around the lake at a decent clip. Id pick to have alittle more bottom end then top end bcs I know I kinda have to go one way or the other. Sorry if this question has been asked a 1xxxxxx times.
