Here ya go, one way valves drain ski pretty fast. I cut out one on right side, seems like more water fills up that area.

And you might want to add a versiplug on right side. That side fills up more then the left.

For sure that would be cool. Keep shedding weight! it's just gets better and better. I took around 2 inches off the back of mine. Just the lip, makes a noticeable difference if you like it squirrely and less drag. Any questions just ask. If I had to do it again I could do it in half the time...

I would also check all battery cables/connections going to ebox and to starter. Sometimes corrosion builds on negative battery cable on starter end.

I don't think he sells ss bolts for sxr, only yamaha. If he does now that would be great! I need some!

Did you have your ski on its side for any reason? I beleive If it was layed up on left side for an extended period of time fuel from carbs could drain into engine

I sprayed some armor all on cable to make it slide slide easier. You could probably use anything though, grease, wd40..

Curious about this too. I'm In the process of installing an x-2 trim system and wouldn't mind a little more throw. There is this part way out of my price range though and it looks like it's only compatible with yamaha pump. Maybe someone else could chime in with a kawasaki version...

Worth a shot! I have heard of soaking the tank in bleach for a day or two. Never done this myself though.
