That's a nice sxr!! Don't think I have the skills for that kind of project. So far I'm leaning towards carterb nose kits, they look pretty straight forward. Just curious how well they could match up to a sxr hull.. Need pics!!

I have mine tucked in right on top of starter/under exhaust mani.

And don't forget to rinse. He applied one coat to entire top deck. Then lightly rinse off. You don't want that stuff on your skin either. Hope this helps. Sent from my N800 using Tapatalk

I'm not to sure. My buddy was real careful when he applied it. He used a spray bottle and only applied it to the top deck. There was a little over spray on the primer knob, left some white specks. Sent from my N800 using Tapatalk

Exactly, my hull seemed to turn a yellowish/light brown over the years. If you spray this acid on it will look brand new. I'm pretty sure this is it.

Kawasaki oil is $25 a gallon. Wal mart is $13 do the math

Anyone running these with a wetpipe? Notice any difference?

and I mix wal mart supertech and kawasaki oil 50/50

Just fyi sxr manual calls for 60:1.. I ran ran that for a couple years when brand new. Now I'm running mostly 40:1

Super light, squirrely, turns on a dime. Launch right out of water with full tank of gas off own setup wake.

Still a little tweaking to do but mostly finished!
