Overall jetting is the same either way. But the fuel curve changes slightly when you go back and forth between reverse and standard jetting. Very small change in your case
I've always had a TNT chamber on one of my skiis. Since the mid 90s. We always called it the maggot pipe affectionately. I've always had great results with TNT chambers and would never sell mine. Glad to see these.
No I told you not to spill the beans on one of the technical aspects of the pistons. You're probably out riding now, max respect to you for getting out there in the cold.
Every customer is very important to me. I know I need to pick up speed on my build time but I refuse to reduce the quality of my portwork as it is my signature. I know your build will live up to its reputation.
2017 will be a great year, new 830r coming, new hpe high tech pistons are coming...
I will have one 5 and one 10 mil full circle available on monday at an introductory price. the full circle crank includes both aluminum and nylon inserts. pm if interested.
As far as weight, the crankshaft is 1 oz lighter than oem with aluminum stuffers installed and 2 lbs lighter than oem without stuffers. the non full circle adr stroker cranks are the same weight as oem.
This is an important correction to my previous post. the stuffers are NOT delrin. they are a high grade high temp chemical resistant 6-6 nylon the same matrial used by oems on mx cranks. they shoehorn in and alot of research went into the design.
Just chiming in. ADR and i go way back. He called one day and asked if i had any input on a new crank design. i recommended full circle and explained why with examples of their use. Aaren spent countless hours on the design and manufacturing process i did not help in any way and cannot take...
Check to be sure your running a matching cdi and stator. as in 61x cdi and 61x stator or 62t with 62t. also i would run 117.5 low, 122.5 main, 1.5 n/s with 65g spring. check your reeds too.
