    Engine builders and poor communication!

I'm not sure about other builders reasons for response times. I get inquiries as a pm on the x, email, messenger on Facebook and txt msgs. A pm on the x uses your screen name, txt uses your phone number, email uses your email address and messenger your actual name. So it can be difficult to know...

Big bore vs 4 mil HPE drop in kit

rod length has so many effects you really have to list them all out to even have a decent conversation about the subject. I could buy my cranks for a lot less $$ if I went stock rod length. But I get you guys much better results with my custom crank and rod combo. It's my job to get you results...

HPE 4mil "bolt in" stroker kit

Where the motor makes power has ALOT to do with port timing and pipe. An 8mm longer rod can smooth and broaden the power band but its waaaay less sensitive than port timing and pipe. There are a lot of advantages to the long rod in our x and t motors and these advantages far outweigh any negatives.

Big bore vs 4 mil HPE drop in kit

I would be willing to put a 4 mil with ported 760 cyl up against a big bore 781 for comparison. No case porting so its an even comparison. The 4 mil would have a brand new crank, crank seals, pistons and bore, essentially a new motor. The big bore guys are stuck with an old crank i guess.....

Big bore vs 4 mil HPE drop in kit

Decking the 760 cylinder doesnt effect blowdown period which cannot be ignored. Yes it lowers port timing and can help slightly. Lowering the cylinder drops the sleeves further into the intake and transfer cups. It also raises primary compression, adds pumping losses and reduces case volume, not...

    HPE products

Thanks tzane. By far the most important thing is for customers to understand that ive been struggling through very difficult things. Im not a flake, but this situation can easily tarnish a reputation ive worked hard to build. I have had slow shipping and slow responses to pms due to this...

Friends and Customers. You probably know ive recently moved into a new shop in Anahiem with great aspirations. Ive struggled since the 2nd week with security issues. At times i felt my life was in danger. To make a long story short theres no doubt that the new shop is not a place i can do...

HPE 4mil "bolt in" stroker kit

Yes the kit works on 61x. The 61x kit comes with domes with less recess than the 62t kit. I did not want to reduce transfer timing on the 61x. The kit works great on a stock 61x and even better on ported 61x.

Yes it will work. I cant say that ive done alot of single carb testing in 62t cases so i dont have alot of feedback to share.
