Remember that you can reduce your temp lower than the bottom setting on the machine if you need to by adding extension cords. I have a few 100'ers that are just for that purpose. :)
This is a great idea for containing the splatter from the coolant. I think I may actually take this a step farther and use it for my generic non metallic dust shoe with some alignment pins.

Yes. I sank it failing skuppers 101. It was sitting in the edge of the surf before the cherry popper and it was already heavy. I couldn't get all the way over and back flopped pretty good. I spent too much time with the ski de-assed & barely moving and forgot to check the skupper even once...
Maybe a hitch hauler mounted to the front of the truck. Keeping the drive wheels out of most of the slippery stuff. Just a thought. Wheel chocks are NOT for pussies so make sure you gott'm.
