Superjet died mid ride, won't start now

Could also be an exhaust leak, choking the air intake after it builds up after riding a bit. How does it run without the hood?

    superjet 701 rev issue

Could also be a bad/clogged fuel filter. Try removing the in-line fuel filter near the fuel tank, and see if it rev’s. Less likely, but could check the pulse line to see if if has any small cracks, and is secured tightly on both ends. Good luck.

    Super jet no spark troubleshooting

Yah. Good chance it may be the CDI. Would first check/replace plugs, plug boot connections to plug wires. Check resistance between boots, think it is supposed to be something like 3.5-4.7 kilo ohms. If out of spec, could be the coil. Can also open up the ebox and look for wet/corroded/loose...

Super Jet Running out of ideas... Superjet issue

I checked the thread on my issue and the readings were 150 and 160 psi... so not quite the same.... faulty memory.. arrrg... ( Running on 1.5 cylinders...

Super Jet Running out of ideas... Superjet issue

I seem to recall my compression being the same in each cylinder as well. Think it was apx 175 psi (girdled head). Which was misleading to say the least, given that half of 1 piston was missing. I know removing the head is a pain since you need to replace the gasket, but given all you have tried...

Super Jet Running out of ideas... Superjet issue

Have you taken the head off and checked the pistons? You say it sounded like it was running in 1 cylinder, well maybe it is. I had a similar situation and the bottom half of one of the pistons was missing. Fortunately the pieces must have all exited out the exhaust, and replacing the piston did...

    SOLD - Superjet drive shaft

I forgot I had this, and I have no use for it. The drive shaft is from a 2004 Superjet. The spline is worn (see pic), so I had replaced it years ago. The overall length is 26 inches. If you have some possible use for this, it is yours, just need to pay for the shipping cost. Located in...

    new spark plug leads.

I would suggest asking the folks at jetskisolutions.com. They have likely seen everything with their replacement service for plug wires/boots, coils.

    Superjet spark plugs opinion?

Compression is way too low at 100 psi. Should be around 150. I would test again and/or use a different tester. Can’t imagine how it would run well at all at 100 psi. Plugs do look like it may be running lean, but the compression would need to be assessed first. Good luck

    Possibly Waterlogged Super Jet

Sounds like a good first step. You could try blowing smoke into the hole and see where it comes out to find other possible leaks. You can use a small straw, like what comes with some spray cans. Get some cheap cigars and blow away. When I did this once, I was glad I used flavored (cherry I...

Stock RN starting issue no spark

If it is 4.3 kilo ohms that is likely ok. Could be the wires or could be a loose connection with one or both of the boots. Might want to move the wires around while checking for a spark (plug removed from head and side held with rubber handled pliers to a ground). Should probably move wires...

Stock RN starting issue no spark

Would suggest some easy low cost things first... replacing plugs... check connectivity of wires and boots. Check the resistance between the 2 boots. Can’t recall what the ohms should be. You can look it up.

Super Jet Need all the help I can get!

I had a similar issue a few years back, although not sure about your gurgling sound. Ended up having the spline on my shaft worn down to where the shaft was slipping, causing what seemed like low power. Not the first thing I would check if I was you, unless the motor seems to sound ok...
