Hello everyone! Welcome to the spring 2016 Carolina Beach Freeride at Freeman Park discussion thread! (otherwise known as the north end). For those who do not know what Freeman Park is, it is a 4x4 only beach access that you can camp on and bring your skis to ride surf any time of the year...

They delayed opening Freeman Park until 7AM Friday, none of us can get out there till then. I had planned on being there at noon today. The state park is right across carolina beach road from the boat ramp and is open for camping. Here's the link to their site...

I'm going to post up a new roll call on the FB group page. I've given out the promo code to over 25 different groups of people and I've only had 3 or 4 tell me they couldn't go because of the postponement. I know most of the Virginia Beach crew is coming, some of the charlotte crew and raleigh...
