    Need new footholds

I'm rocking these hurricane holds in my C2 carbon and let me tell you, they destroy the tops of my feet. I think this is their old style if I'm not mistaken. I'm thinking of making the swap to RRP ninja holds. Any reason I shouldn't and get something else instead?

    Freestyle Fixed! my leaky Gen3 b.o.b PT2

Not the cheap part but everything else hahaha. If this would have happened with my hurricane after doing such extensive work I would of tossed it and gotten something else. Your stubbornness is impressive.

    Dasa 864 SS

And it could be very possible that this was not a shim that I was seeing but instead the dasa base gasket that others had described. The paper peeled right off so I thought it was a shim especially when I measured squish height and it was way too high. I talked to Kyle and he told me what the...

    Dasa 864 SS

It had gasket sealer beneath the gasket/shim whatever the hell it was, which caught my attention. I immediately knew something wasn't right then when I scraped it off I noticed the epoxy was done incorrectly. I have since redone the epoxy and machined down the sealing surface to ensure full...

    Dasa 864 SS

I will. I spoke with the other guy, Kevin I guess it was and he gave me Kyle's email. I want to be 100% sure that I'm getting ALL the right parts because I don't want to work on this thing for a month. I want to ride haha.

    Dasa 864 SS

I found another post on here from a few years ago that included many different 850ss setups but base gasket thickness and squish height were never mentioned. The gasket shim could have been necessary to achieve proper port timing for this cylinder setup but I am no dasa (or jet ski) expert by...

    Dasa 864 SS

I just bought a dasa 864 SS second hand out of Arizona. It had too low of compression for my likings so I decided to just go ahead and put a fresh top end in it. The gentleman bought it from Kommander as an 850SS ported by Kyle at dasa. He advertised it as being an 850 original bore so I snagged...

Krashindustries.com is selling 997cc RTR Skis for $12,000.00

I agree. The change is there it's just whether people see it or not. And they don't. The hope for some of us is that krash succeeds and others will follow, creating versatility and lower costs. I come from motocross as well and change is everywhere. At the end of the day though you still have...

Krashindustries.com is selling 997cc RTR Skis for $12,000.00

I hope it works out well for everyone involved. If this pans out and these things are what they say then this will be a major game changer. I can't wait to see videos.

    Hurricane footholds

I'm aware. I just don't feel like buying them if I'm going to get a ski that already has them relatively soon

    Hurricane footholds

Not sure if I'm going to keep this ski for much longer or not. If I decide to keep it I'll grab those comp footholds. If I sell it I'll probably be buying a rickter so I'll try the ninja footholds.

    Hurricane footholds

Those Carbon ones you posted are rickter ones or no? Mine are like the last ones you posted but aren't turfed on top.

    Hurricane footholds

Anyone have a picture of the hurricane footholds without turf on them? I have the ones that aren't turfed on the top. Are they the same ones as the ones that are turfed all over? My feet hurt like crazy if I don't make a flip or a barrel roll right on top past the toes and right before the...

I can't wait to hear more about these. Me and two of my friends are thinking about biting the bullet and buying these.

    Krash RTR kits

Screw it I'm probably going to buy one. They said the public will have them in the next month or so. I'll probably put my hurricane for sale towards the end of July.

    Krash RTR kits

I wish I was so I could take you up on that and I really appreciate the offer. I like in central Georgia and the standup scene here is less than ideal as far as diversity goes. I'm on a hurricane C2 carbon right now but before I drop another 6-7 grand into the engine setup and what not I figured...

    Krash RTR kits

Anyone have a personal testament on the Krash Industries turn key freestyle skis? They're advertising it with a KV997 PV engine with 48mm carbs and 148 setback mag pump. I'd like to hear from someone who can attest to their power, handling, and reliability before me and two of my friends pull...
