Dont use metal, use a piece of rubber like rubber roofing material thats about 1/16th thick. Make a "gasket" out of that that goes between hull and pole bracket . Then cut tube holes in the rubber smaller than the tube. Rubber "gasket" seals against the tube. No more water ingestion ...... you...

Are both pistons melting or just one. Single carb would piss off both pistons if it is a carb issue.

The first jetting recommendation was the ballpark you should be in. Your issue is elsewhere.

Stock hull length wont work with two. Maybe one.

Almost as stable as the V2 but a little more slidable. I saw it double backflipped. Its more of an all round hull. Hooks up solid. Carves great.

This is the happy owner of that one. I got to ride it at flatwater Friday.
