Two things, 1) can I tap ones of the lines(dual cooling) in from the pump to run water injection? Or is that robbing the prime cold water to the manifold? 2) or do I have to have two T's one from head to the pipe. One for the hose and 1 for the water injection for the riva pipe. Right now I have...

    location of hose "T"

I relocated the T for the garden hose hookup to the cooling line from the pump for a cleaner install. I was just checking if there are any downsides to this before I reinstall the motor.. The only downside I see is that half the water will come out the pump.. Just checking. Thanks

I can't comment on the piston wear aspect. Although my head is off with original pistons and the cylinders have no scoring. I noticed the difference in riding. rough water or when jetski is on it's side when you don't have a full tank. No hicups from the air in the line. Group K reccomend them...

Pulling motor for riva red pipe removal and reinstall to place ADA head.

Not sure if I'm supposed to do anything about the buildup on the pistons. But planning on cleaning the screw holes and old gasket material on case before install. I thought we weren't supposed to use sealer on that gasket. or is that for the manifole gasket? Newbie alert.... LOL
