Rickters have serial #'s also, TC is super helpful with supplying paperwork needed also. He has no issues with getting me proper paperwork to get Rickters duty free into Canada, where Blowsion was a totally different story! (I was blowsioned once, only once!)
Good luck with that! I was a Rickter/RRP dealer for a few years. The profit margin is very low for sellers, way less than normal aftermarket parts, that's why you rarely see New stuff on any kind of sale price. If you want it, pay it!
One reason the PO wants pump gas is because here in Canada you can't pull up to the pump for race fuel. I have 3 different Dasa 1100+1000cc motors, Pump gas and Octane 112 additive has served me fine for years, but now I am adding a gallon of VP every can and it seems better on my program able...
If it's not the one way valves then you may have a small leak somewhere like a hose fitting when the garage warms up thru the day. Possibly a leaky primer dripping into a carb?
I think you should start sourcing a new CDI for your TS2, summer is gonna leave you behind. It's not your plugs, it's not because the waters 5' warmer this year. What's wrong with owning a spare CDI if I am wrong?
I had similar issues a while back, atleast 20 plugs that year, ski seemed to be running decent, 85% I would say. then my CDI crapped out, new CDI and it runs 100% and hasn't fouled a plug since.
