Here's a followup of the home fabricated turbo setup I posted a while back. Finally got around to testing the ski on the water this weekend.

How does the Protec modded CDI differ from the stock cdi? Rev limiter adjusment only? Any curves change? If it is the rev limiter mod being the only difference, I will send mine in to OCD. Any site sponsors sell blaster sponsons? Will this 61x B-Pipe bolt up to a 62T motor?

Thanks alot for the info Scott! I haven't messed around with any of the screws but will set them like you said. Wasn't aware of using a flow control valve either. Looks like I'll be looking to collect a few parts here and there to have this thing ready for May.

Who sells rear sponsons? Also, if I were to go to 62t cases, how much of a difference would that and dual carbs make?

Thanks for the info and yeah, I agree.... I really need to tune this thing. I haven't messed with any of the 3 adjustments on the exhaust or jetting.

Got the blaster running today. My friend bought a running 93 blaster yesterday so we swapped CDI boxes and that fixed the no spark issue. Got to run it a little bit before getting his on the water. This thing is FUN! A little bit of a learning curve I'd say.
