Found a pressure drop calculator on the internetz. For a 10cm long tube its about a 5 psi drop. For a 30cm long tube its a 15 psi drop. this is making a whole lot of assumptions though.

I trimmed mine, the way they're shaped is asking for a broken ankle in the surf lol. I adjusted the front of them down a bit and kick into them now. But since your only doing flatwater you might be ok.. Just use some shoes with ankle support.

Try to have the whole ski Re-clear coated. I planned on doing it to mine but I got impatient lol. Now my ski is full of nicks where the stickers peeled up.. [emoji20] But I also ride in coral sooo its mostly self inflicted.

@chixwithtrix Before you install the pump! Make sure to seal around the cooling lines, and trim/steering cable outlets with 5200! My surf hulls tray already has water in it...
