Cant find answer on carb tuning

Go to a 140 main @ 1.5 turns on the top. (I had the same issue) 1-1/8 on the bottom and leave it. It should be snappy AF

Super Jet Mikuni 38mm rebuild kit - parts used?

That is correct, it's the fuel pump diaphragm. The pulse from the pulse line pushes this clear plastic sheet back and fourth and that pulls fuel through the one way valves, you must have it, or no fuel pump.

    Tcw3 oil or not....

You could go pay 3 times more for oil that is rated slightly higher and can't really guarantee better engine life, or just save the difference in cash and stock pile it as savings for a new top end when it is time. i take this #2 option myself

    Tcw3 oil or not....

tcw3 is an oil quality rating. oem ski manufacturers say that's fine

    Engine power problems

Triple check the spark plug boots, a few skis here in Washington have had the feeling that it is almost hitting a 2500rpm rev limit on and off. the boots got replaced and that fixed it. When the ski is lugging does it have the feeling of "extra vibration" or like "buzzing" feeling?

    Tiger Craft SV-PRO

@sdeburnie Yeah it's goofy, but i use the arse pisser to run as dual cooling simply because i didn't ever tap the pump. It runs into a dual tapped b pipe manifold like traditional dual, i don't think such a thing as too much pressure is a thing when the water coming out is still damn warm and my...
