If you are set on a kit get the Wamiltons kit, you will get the best support out of the three with him. If you know how to tune I would just get the bits separately and skip the flame arrestors(remove screens from stock).
I had a problem running a smaller line up the pole, there was not enough pump pressure at lower rpm to push water up. If you do the mod run a larger line up then split.
I ended up over heating my front bore from the stagnant water in it . That was just a light heat seize not enough to affect...
Well really everybody should be listening to their surroundings and for other boaters/ peeps on the water. You should also be listening to your pwc, it could potentially save you a lot of money.
Bilge comes off the reduction nozzle not the stator.
That 2nd hole you have is for cooling assuming its not too big to tap. may have to go to a 1/4 npt fitting there.
Home Depot sells 1/2in Oetiker crimps in stainless steel in the PEX section. They come out to about 50cents a piece. They fit perfect on 3/8 clear vinyl braided line and the OEM rubber lines.

Did you flush with running engine? When you flushed it did you turn the hose off before the engine? your flush sound like what did you in. If you ran a whole tank through after submerging it should have been fine (engine anyway).
I added dual cooling after I got it honed last time. Head/exhaust mani temps were about 115-120f measured with infrared. I think I will try a different oil. I was using west marine premium tcw3. I have some maxima 927 I just don't like it in colder weather because it separates. maybe klotz will...

No worries about that clearance jumping to 0.0055 as measured today? only 8-9hrs use since bore.
I told the machine shop to deglaze and I have new rings to put on.
