took the top end off today alot of oil sitting in the case and it hasnt been ran all winter. could it be the rotory seal that i keep hearing about?

ive been riding since i was 15 my mom would drive me to the lake lol. I am 19 now and since Ive started i have gotten 4 people under 20 hooked on riding. it only takes one vid of a guy doing a backy and they buy a ski lol.

hood looks good i have the outer layer made on my hood i just have to get the foam out and i don't like taking the foam out. i like ho u cut the back of your ski i want to do it to my next build

i have a 96 gtx with 85 psi in both cylinder. so its time for a rebuild and i work at an auto shop so i have the hook up with boring. but im also think putting a different motor in her its 787 motor what other motors will drop right in that are bigger?

i cardboard down so the foam wouldnt fall through the hole. then i put blocks of foam on top of that and taped it so the expanding foam wouldnt push it around. it work out very well.

i have the 3/1 hardener and and im using that 1708 stuff from us composites. then i lay two layers of really thin glass that i had laying around over top of it. the thin stuff sands A LOT better and give a better finish. i started working on the nose toady im poring the foam in a few minutes.

i was having a hard time getting the glass to lay right in the back of the hull so i took some ziplock bags and filled them half full of water. then i layed them in the back of the hull and it forced the glass in to all the corners. it worked out great

i put more glass on the rear once thats hardend time for sanding and then to the nose ;)
