Starting fresh with an engine rebuild. Engine will be stock 701 with exhaust and girdled head. If I have a serviceable crank core, where's the best place to have it redone with good bearings, tolerance checks, etc? Secondary question, wheres the best place to buy off the shelf? Considering...
Is the HSI bracket the only conversion bracket that has a pole lock integrated into it? I would rather not run a tight pole, not sure if people are modifying hazard brackets to have a lock, or the Watcon one, sort of unclear.
Just to throw my .02 in here, when I had a '14 for lites class, I tried destroyers & prowatercraft sponsons. The prowatercraft ones were not even close in terms of performance.

I am surprised that at $2k pricepoint, they couldn't be bothered to braze this joint instead of epoxy it. Odd design choice given the product is designed to be submerged in fuel.
This is pretty awesome and wish you were a bit closer. Can't really justify though considering this would probably cost $400 to ship to me. Willing to make a drive, but Texas is a bit far.
