ok Here it is, Basically you strap it to your body / belly then wrap your life jacket around it (sucks it to your body). The camera goes on the pole part.

Find a local machine shop to do it. That is you could always try it yourself.

Ive had bolts break off on me for my skis. Ive taken the parts to a local machine shop. They get them out pretty fast and easy.
