@Coreyruecker2 yes the cap assembly is completely billet machined. We use our own cap and own fittings. The 4 gallon tank will be 235.00 Will be in stock and ready to ship this week! Don't delay these are going quick.

At this time the cap does not come separately, yes it only comes in black.

They will be available starting next week, or you can purchase through paypal directly. We've had luck with an x for straps due to the raised fitting, and yes we've had good luck with the Nylon fittings, they are resistant to fuel and weigh less then half of brass. Every little bit counts :)

@fat kid The reason why we keep the grommets on that side, is so the o-ring groove is in the lexan so it seals completely with an o'ring. If we were to put it on the other side then you would not have a complete o-ring seal.

@fat kid The reason why they put the grommets on the front of the box is so both sides can be o-ring sealed. With the Cold-Fusion box you have to use the OEM gasket on the back, which people have complained about. I don't know what version you have but we ship each product with updated...

Is the pipe hitting the wall where it was reinforced. We've seen that problem where the reinforcement causes the pipe to rub on the sidewall and cause alignment issues

There is on inlet direct difference, they are all the same. The picture just shows a different angle. Are you sure your aligned correctly coming out of the headpipe to the chamber?

@yamahaulass what hull are you running? The only issue this would come from if the ski has alot of rocker in the front to push the box up high.
