are you referring to the two outlets near the the front of the ski. My little cousin just got a 92 750sx as well & I thought it may have dual cooling. Actually, the one on the left side is a cooling line and the one on the right is just a drain from the area around the gas fill.

I'd replace it for sure, but maybe a secondary ground wire from the ebox to the motor will help too. I did it with the 550 motor & the 750 motor and many others do it with sjs. I've burn't wires from the inside out in the past, but none since I've added a second ground.

I ride with the same and it doesn't affect me at all. Other than the fact, that I'm more likely to do dumb :-):-):-):-) while wearing. I definitely faceplanted into the tray of my ski last month, but the helmet saved my face & I was back up and riding within 30 seconds. After, the laughter...

it didn't ever sink last ride. came close, but it ran great at rudee b4 I took it home. I'll open the ebox & check that out now.

don't know if it matters, but it's a big pin btw & my high and low screws on the carb are both set at about 3 turns out.

I'm at a loss right now for answers. My Kawi 750 motor will barely rev above idle. I took it out yesterday & noticed it at the ramp. Rode it a bit, sometimes it'd come to life & rip, but then a few seconds later, it would go back down to about idle. I can't get it to rev up in my driveway...

We've had a great summer riding here in VB so far. Got a little something happening in October too :silly:
