imo there's no way a standup is running that race. I'd be on the biggest couch I could find.

one of the first things I did on my motor was block it off. That drain fails & you will ruin a motor quick. If you block it off, then just do this http://www.wavejunkies.com/surf-survival/56-repair-dewatering-sunk-engine and keep on riding. I know, I've filled mine with water more than once.
