I am blocked from youtube videos. I imagine the video is of a BOB doing a flip to flip? Was it a carbon BOB or a fiberglass? I see the engine is xscream 1000.
Was posting at the same time...
Taking the engine out of the picture, does the x metal/rickter/lenzi have an advantage over the BOB in some way for flip to flip? Does the BOB have a pump location/bottom hull design thats very different from the x/rick/len?
Would a carbon BOB with a x metal 865 power valve, with TL and a power factor pipe with a mag pump be able to do flat water back flip to consecutive back flip?
rider weight 140 to 165 pounds.
Has any BOB done flip to flip? I know they had a 1200 in one...
Go to "Andrew Puco Sumo" on youtube. I think thats it, youtube is blocked here. I have a video of one of the ramps there. I cant do much off the ramps. Most important it just to get over it with out cracking the hull. haha I'm currently at a new show, the ramp is the same angle but it is longer...
How far are you from your water? Might be a good idea to build it onto a trailer. This way you can transport it easy. Aluminum to be light and not rust. You want it to be long so you can get enough final height but not have to crazy of an angle. I can get you dimentions of what we use in some...
What kind of hull do you have? In my opinion you will do some sort of damage to your hull. I don't know about the v shape design, I think that may be over thinking it. I like how Eric's ramp had some "curve" to it.
I rode a pre 08 rn hull the other day after only riding the 08 for 8 months. I hated the old style hull, way to loose. I'm sure being rusty from not being on the water for a little contributed to that feeling. I guess its just what you get used too.
West Marine just quoted me at $70.75 per plug + a $4.00 fee (no idea) however they come in a pack of four so you have to buy four. Total price is $299.00. HA HA HA
Just checked out west marine. Couldent find it on their web site. Called up a local west marine, none in stock. They are calling headcorders to find out the price per plug for me. Meanwhile, I ordered plugs from sparkplug.com They only had 5 ngk's so I got four ngk's. (4 plugs per engine) $30...
I had a lot of trouble. I was asked to find champion L-84r plugs. No one has them, they are discontinued. I was told the denso 4064 would be the same specs and would work. But then I found out the NGK 6366 would work too. Also that the NGK was a better plug to use. Does NGK make a plug that...
I am buying spark plugs for a watercraft. I have choice of either ngk or denso.
The ngk is $32 per plug. The denso is $6.00 per plug.
I got a few ngk and a few denso. I imagine the ngk is better. What are peoples thoughts on this? Is it worth the extra $? I am specifically talking about...
