I talked to an old employee at wetjet and his recommendation for this engine was more compression. On my 428 (wetjet) I swapped the bn38 to a sbn38 and dried out the pipe. It really woke up the ski up and improved low and top end. Might be worth trying as well...

I have found when you hit max power at 3/4 throttle that the ski is too rich. Try turning your high screw in a 1/4 turn and see if it makes a diff.

Wonder if this would extend the life of aluminum sprockets and mx chain. As well as be a cleaner option compared to lube.

What are you thinking for the pump? Seems like jetsurf has it figured out. But not sure if you could buy just the pump from them.

Changing up the exhaust on the jetmate and looking to make her quieter. Anyone play with the 4stroke resonators? Do you think it would make much difference? Here is one off a STX Ultra:
