Im not sure how you are planing on doing the drive in your mini buggy but I wouldn't put a clutch on the end of the crank because its not really strong enough for that. you'd be better off finding an engine with a water pump and a nice beefy PTO on the crank, Not saying it can't be done. I...

I made an aftermarket hood that is light and it floats!;) I'm not so sure it's strong enough but here is a picture of my styrofoam superjet so far, I'm basically carving it like a surf board, this is just for a plug to build my carbon deck and hood.
