A guy down the road ran into his own tractor with his four wheeler. Tractor won the man that did it was like 72 and was racing another man in his 70s, This gives me great hope that idiots like myself may actually live to be in there 70s without having to grow up!!

My neighbour is a radio personality, he got fired for making fun of the major and and saying how he though he made some stupid decisions. Fought it and won got 3 years full salary! And had a job at a competing radio station the next week.

It might just be alot of shrapnel from the flywheel rubbing but It looks messy in there. I've had some starter bendixs fall apart and that looks like the mess they make. It looks like there is a magnet or a chunk of something stuck to the trigger coil in the picture

Test the resistance of the charge coil with a multimeter, this will give you your answer. Did the spring break in the starter bendix or a bolt fall out of somewhere?

I would thicken it with the micro balloons get it in there the best you can. Make sure yu tape up the upside surfaces But I would try my best to clean up any old adhesive.

How big is the gap between the 2 pieces and how much surface area is there to be bonded? 404 is much more dense, but if you already have the micro ballons, what do you have to loose just try not to make a mess. You definitely have to clean the other stuff out and clean up both surfaces the...

West system makes an ahesive filler to thicken it I think it's 404 I'm sure it will work with other epoxies aswell. Plexus may be better but very expensive.

At first tig will be much slower, but along as you buy a big enough machine you will never look back, I started with a Lincoln square wave 175 and it was all it could do to keep up on heavier stuff. I don't have that issue with my Miller syncrowave 300.
