If you pull your ride plate bolts out, does it drip water from the holes? Also, when u pull ski out of water, check for water dripping from around the lip of exhaust tube fitting on the back of the hull.
Best answer is more ride time. If youre a heavy guy, a longer ride plate should help but its not necessary. When u shift your weight to counter the bouncing, dont just shift all your weight forward, try to constantly adjust your weight. Eventually youll get it to plane out real smooth and you...
Its just too damn sad, i just cant believe it. Bill would always bring his grill to the beach and make sure all the crew was fitted with the most bomb breakfast burritos ever. His chipotle honey sauce was legend. Im really missing him already. Its just unreal how this poop happens, Bill was the...
Not all heroes wear capes, maybe just a single rubber glove.
What a boss, i can only hope id pull thru an injury like that and keep such spirit and dedication
Chopping some of the steering nozzle could help, you do have the longer style nozzle. Im not sure about any performance gains though. Some of my friends have chopped theirs a tad shorter, ive never tried any of that myself though
It should be fine if the steering nozzle points slightly down when resting. Once u get water pressure flowing thru itll straighten it out level. Mines been dipped for a while as the trim ring stopper wears into the reduction nozzle over time. Im using different trim, but seems like same issue, v...
Also consider how the ski is stored may have affect on ease of start up. My motor fires up with a blip of the starter since its tuned well. But 1 night sitting on the beach with the hood on and a bit of moisture/ condensation can make its way in making it more difficult to fire up.
Man what a trippy design. That motor cleaned up real nice, looks good in that broken starter shaft pic. How do u find parts for that thing? Seems like its gona be tough to find 1 offs like that impeller pin!
Oh damn, yeah it might be bog from being overpropped like youre sayin. Fcv and popoff are easy to mess with compared to pulling prop for repitch. I dont wana steer u in wrong direction tho
I read a bit on this page, sorry if i missed but what is your popoff on your carbs? If if feels like a bog and u havent checked popoff, try looking there.
If u think its too much water loading up your box, you can try a quick test like pinching the line before your fcv a bit. Or changing the...
Check to make sure u have a washer behind your bendix (between the case and back of bendix).
Also Jetmaniac should have the plug on a new lightend flywheel, that one looks like its been running with the issue so long it ground out the teeth.
Ya, if u can pull the dollar even with it super tight like that, the seal just aint workin.
Thats a bummer!
Maybe one of those watcon plush seals would better fit
Did u check hood seal tolerence with a dollar bill? Clamp hood down with a bill laying across the seal, try to pull it out.
Also check your breathers into pole tubes, idk how the krash pole works, but make sure your tubes are stuffed up there real good.
Glad ur back on the water now!
Wheeleez sells patch kits. Shoot them an email. Theyll send u some of the wheel rubber to solder into your puncture to repair. Idk if wheeleez and rolleeez are same tho
im home now and can see the pic on something bigger than my phone lol. sick image, mad props to the artist. i can hook u up quick 1 button style, wont be 100% accurate tho. leme dm u som pics
Oh u want a livetrace from illustrator? I could prob help u out. Livetrace doesnt come out 100% accurate tho and works best with black n white line work.
Usually to get the best vector from an image like that, you gotta recreate the entire thing using pen tool on a new layer. That can take a...
I figured out a sick technique last time i had my pole apart. I found an old spring puller for motorcycle exhaust. Its basically a rod with a hook on the end. With your pole base assembled and pole tubes off, just reach the spring puller down and grab onto the breather tubes. Itll hook onto the...
