Has anyone achually weighed the Titan pole? I have heard a range between 13lbs and 19lbs ?!!

What effect do carbonated drinks have on the body (ex.: mountain dew, coke ect) and how does that relate to overall performance?

I started riding this week :Banane25: Tuning my motor with the 46mm carbs, TNT super Stock chamber and new hooker prop. I'm loving it so far. Motor does not make as much peak power as it did with 48mm carbs, but the response is really nice and the power is predictable.

keep in mind that this thread was not started by waterdawg....... just some people that caught wind the new hull was in the works

I'm not trying to sell anyone on this hull, I just wanted to shed some light on the topic b/c I have seen it. It is cool and looks good to me. I have been on allot of skis over the years and it seems to have it all. Can't wait to ride one

No......far from it actually. SXR based but this will be the best all around hull out there. He pretty much trimmed the fat off a ENVY, gave it pole adjustably, lower profile and some other nice touches I won't get into. This hull will do everything. Recessed handlepole and wide hood for hood...

Do you like the hull itself as far as handling or are you starting to question the purchase?

My .02 is anything under 800cc I think dual 46's are the way to go. But if you have the dual 48's.....run what you have. I ran both full specs and riva's (I ran 48's for years). Although the 48's made more power I think the engine runs better all around with the 46's. As crazy as that sounds...

Ditch the coffmans and get a b-pipe. A friend of mine did that swap and it made a really nice jump in power and response

I agree.....I would not use anything over dual SBN 46's on a 701 motor. Anything under 800 cc I would not mess with the bigger carbs, especially straight bore race carbs. If your carbs are bigger than the motor requires it will be PIA to tune.....IF you ever get it tuned. 38's have allot of...

Prepreg carbon is great to paint on. I had that carbon f1 cleared and the guy did a horrible job......nothing to do with the material. He just caked on 8 coats fast and fisheyed the whole ski. As long as the prepreg glass has a core material it is fine. The carbon is so rigid you don't have...

since the glass has more flex than the paint if you take a good hit the paint can crack and peel. You have to have good surface prep to minimize that.

Paint does not adhere well to prepreg glass. It is amazingly strong stuff, but it can flex allot without cracking. If you paint the hull and it has areas that can flex, the paint will crack and flake off if the glass underneath flexes. My x-jet never had that problem because it uses a good core...
