check, check and recheck the ground bolt in the ebox. also you can run (add) another small ground wire out the box ( using the same bolt as the others ) but bring it out the ebox grommet and find another ground on the engine block. clean the start/stop switch connector pins and use some...
Not a buckshot.. I would recommend PMing Buzzard on this.. He may know.. there were quite a few companies modifying these, and a few still do.. Heres a few common you may know.. But these you have...I'm stumped . Good Luck

Try removing the pump unit. If i remember correctly they bolt up right up to the back... then check your bearings and impeller.. all will be visible to see once its out of the ski. if you have a impeller removal tool.. insert it into the prop nose and spin with with a elec drill with a matcing...
OP: I concur with Vumad however I'd pull the motor and tank. get the stress and weight out of the hull and give yourself some working room. Do it correctly and smarter not harder. As far as cutting large sheets of glass cloth or tape....you could go get a set of cheap bed sheets and trace onto...
I'd go with something adjsutable like the one circled red, that way you can set it where ever the sweet spot is. Or the Jetworks FCV up in Blue.. But anything will help you in this case. Hit up Jetmaniac. He has them and may have something used.. Last resort is to hit up your hardware store and...
No prob bro, start with water at B then if it's too hot move to T , that wetjet pipe could prob take quite a bit of heat dry it out. It's got way too much water in there.
Kye, you should run water to the stinger cone but put a restrictor on it . like a flow control valve. as far as injecting into the head pipe chamber it is hard to see where the injection points are. i see the MID capped off. if you could tap in or introduce water right after the manifold or...
Mod your own CDI or find a used MSD or similar. If its an aftermarket prop try to rotate the dshaft and and look into the intake grate to see any #s you can, The pipes and CDIs and lightened flyweels , milled or aftermarket heads.. really get that 701 and 122mm pump up to its limits quickly. you...
Well does she run? who takes a shiddy sideways pic...I see you can start and stop the ski, but how do you control the throttle? I thought we went over all this? gas is on the right and you must use the throttle to steer and you must lean at times..geez c'mon !
Try Toby composites.. He can pop you a fiberglass one with basic turf.. I lost the battle many of times looking for a cheap used shell I could fix.. After about 4 months I found a minty stock one for 75 bucks shipped. They go so fast.. Good luck
Grabber Blue...? This build just gets better and better. I have wanted that color on my hull since i first saw it.. my build is on hold. But it will look so sharp on this hull! black pole by chance? is that your fx1 over there? >
