    Plastic part to aluminum

See how many people are interested and send me the part and I can send you a real quote, the more you can buy the cheaper they will be. Its usually not worth it for us to set up a job for less than $1000 unless its really simple

Probably shouldn't bump this because I like riding this ski when we go lol. But its very light with tons of power, whoever buys it will have a sweet freestyle ski.

    Plastic part to aluminum

I just feel like if it broke out of a molded plastic whatever it was, nylon, abs etc. Its def gonna break again out of pla. You could cad it and request it as a demo part from one of the metal 3d printer companies If you wanted to order like 20 I could make them out of aluminum for like $50...

    62t 61x reverse engineering/billet machining

Yeah they look like a pain to model. I had thought about designing some and was going to just measure the important points then design the rest simpler and easier to make with only 3 - 4 axes. I decided starting with a 66e and making the peripherals to make it work would be easier though. I...

Lol, I could buy the stock. I'd probably even throw in a squarenose hull that needs a bit of fiberglass for the aftermarket powervalve version;)

Might be nice to add everything to a spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18E8TUeL7LHd2RdyXxOBPC0qNTQIC4wnWL843KQcBCBw/edit?usp=sharing everything thus far has been added type in either lbs or grams it will calculate the other eventually would be nice to separate it out to motor...

    Opinions and experience

hood strap I like the fx1. I think you can get more air for the same amount of wave and power when compared to a sj hull. They can turn pretty good if you make them. I feel like I have to be over the front corner to turn an fx1 (like a 550) where I have to be more over the back corner to turn...

    E-Box Compatibility

I might be wrong but I think the only difference between couch coils and superjet ones is the length of the plug wires. A waverunner 650 coil wouldnt reach the plugs in my squarenose, I think a wetjet one did though. I'm pretty sure everything else is the same, it definitely all works I'm...

    62t 61x reverse engineering/billet machining

Ah the other one that starts with and h then? lol. Cool, will be nice to see an actual part as a demo part. Not look what we can do with our sweet new millturn, something that noone will ever need to make, we just threw geometry at it until we could demonstrate everything the machine could do...

98 750 SXI Pro Factory Head Pipe Repair

A thought that just occurred to me, instead of welding up that oversized hole and redrilling you could have held the screw in place and inline with the port, and filled around it with aluminum braze. I've done it on other projects, you basically cast new threads around the screw and in this case...
