More progress pics

Poured some foam but ran out. (More will be here next week) I also laid up some carbon foot holds. I am debating whether or not to shave down the rails similar to a WCF hull.

I am going to pour foam and then shape it.

I figured I should get working on the ski if I plan on riding at all this season. The bulkhead is all done and I got the midshaft mounted. Need to do all the lines next and then foam.

Carbon was great. No problems with it at all. Do you want me to order you some to replace what I am using? I may need to order some resin and foam.

Well I decided to keep the 08 hull so here is the fixing process. Ground alot of the :-):-):-):-) out. and filled the bondline with West Systems and 406. Then I layered 2 layers of 7.5 oz carbon. I am going to let that dry and see how strong it is. I also filled all the existing holes to...
