I think an edge carves well for a freestyle/freeride ski, but saying it does buoys well is an exaggeration. Though my motor is lightswitchy, so maybe it is different for a more linear motor and some tubbys?

The chan I had was about 87lbs. The rickter is much heavier but releases from the water much easier. I get more height with a heavier boat. Being heavier it also rides through chop much easier. The edge is a great all around boat.

Had similar issues with motion detection in my sytem. Shadows from clouds even made it hard at times. I always wanted to go to a external perimeter motion detector. My dvr had a interface for that.

Looks like good form. Maybe hit it a bit faster for more height.

if you have the stock flame arresters your popoff will be around 52psi.

depends on the application. I run a 60 psi and then have a 30psi gauge I put inline when when working on my skis with low popoff.
