So I thought I had ordered and was running a 10/16 but saw the box today and it said 9/15. So I guess I don't know. Sorry.

By doesnt sand they mean doesnt sand like wood or foam. It will still sand and for footholds where its covered, how it looks is no big deal.
Im not sure about the 5200 and epoxy does epoxy stick to it? If you do a good job with glassing it shouldnt leak.
I had some on my 44s from xmetal. The were fine in the xft and sj with a tem hood. I switched to the dasa intake which was taller from r&d then they didnt work. I ended up ditching the risers and just cutting the oem flame arrestors till they fit and allowed enough air.
I use a plumbing plug in the end of the exhaust manifold and a bycycle tire tube over the intake and bolt the carbs over. Then I use my mikuni popoff tester on the pulse nipple on the cases.
I measured in the vxr how much cleareance there was between it and the hull. About 1/4 inch. Then I cut it down. If you stumble accross your b1 mount I would be greatfull if you measured it.
Anyone know the length of that mount on the blaster? I have a one from a vxr that is longer than the blaster. I think I can cut it down, but wondering how much I need to cut off rather than a bunch off cut and try to fit it.

He has front footholds as an option, or just added it as one. I had asked for a spot to store a extinguisher, and that's what we came up with. It is recessed into the firewall.
