I've run gas in my ski that sat out all winter. It had water in it because it absorbs water plus the temp changes. Etc.
So I ended up with water in my carbs. But it ran.
Holy crap i've been riding for like 7 years and I never heard that never knew that.
I'm literally like
I just did a little googling and I can't find much info on it. I believe you, but would like to read more. Do you have any references/ links?
I don't post much about my guns but today i'll make an exception.
I bought a IMI Jericho 941F on Gun Broker and picked it up Saturday from my FFL and i'm in love.
The short version is that the pistol is a Israeli knock off of a CZ75. But the Israeli's don't really screw around when it comes...
@SXIPro That's awesome dude. *thumbs up* How old is she?
I landed my first 360 yesterday off a boat wake on my Chan. I also started trying barrel rolls, had a solid 3/4 roll. Pretty stoked.
Friday I got the phone call from the company i've been interviewing with.
"Upper management has decided that their isn't enough opportunity in this space to justify bringing on a new team member blah blah blah. They're going to reevaluate the market in 6 months, if they change their mind...
Ok ok ok...
Hold the F up....
You came in here, asked the most experienced group of people on this subject on the face of the planet what to do....... then bonded your tray with nothing underneath?
On a FF Glass Backie Chan?????
X2 on the impeller. When I ride a ski with decent power, I find that I use the power to help correct any handling issues. Obviously porpoising doesn't really change from more power. But if it starts to lay over, gun it and I can keep from falling. Gives more confidence to lean it over and carve...
Speaking of car probs, my 4runner started this thing today where it would idle really low for a few seconds then go back to normal. I went to make a U turn this morning and it died, only reason I knew it wasn't running is the Power Steering stopped. Started it back up and away I went. I imagine...
I don't know how VW's work, but I had a Toyota that had a tube that pumped oil up to the head. So you had oil in the pan, but none was going to the head and you could eat up the top end real quick and not even know it.
That sucks though, hope it isn't too expensive to fix.
Hell yeah man. You can teach him all that stuff, be some good bonding time.
God i'm not looking forward to having to deal with all that mess. And my daughter turns 5 the end of this month so its not like its happening at any minute, but still...
I've been really spoiled by this JM781 motor. I think i've been running it for 4 seasons and certain things are just wearing out, its all normal maintenance stuff, but since I haven't had to deal with any of it... its like
Buddy needed me to torch out some bolts that had snapped off in an exhaust flange. He tried to back them out but kept breaking the back out bits.
So I get after them with my torch, and they were no joke. I heated the crap out of them and they wouldn't blow out when hit with the oxygen like most...
We agreed on compensation... verbally LOL. I think we've eclipsed the 90 day mark and I'm not officially an employee.
I'm supposed to get a offer letter in the mail any day, I assume I have to sign and return it. I've been advised not to notify my current employer until I get the letter.
This...
Nah, I don't own a boat. Yet.
I would use something thick. Nothing thinner than 3/16's.
You might even consider having a cable that you could hook to something structural on the boat to support the top section of the crane.
I don't know what you're hoisting, but whatever it is, its gonna...
I will office from home soon with my new job. I'm looking forward to it.
I won't have a water front view but I do have lots of trees, cool selection of birds to watch.
My office attire currently is shorts and a polo (self enforced, I could wear a tshirt... but i'd feel like a slob.) and...
