Cheap mod to help find a sunk ski

Why haven't we considered magnets? Have your floating marker stick to ski with a magnet. Magnet should hold marker to ski regardless of wetness but release when the ski sinks.

Yeah this table had the original bumpers and I had them redone, and it used to have beige felt but I thought the Navy would look sick on with the wood and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. All total, to have it picked up, bumpers redone, moved across town, set up, new felt etc etc it...

This is pretty trival. So my motor head hotrod buddy shoots me a screen shot of an ad on FB for a complete C6 Corvette front brake setup. Including spindles and hubs.... FOR $50... So I call the guy that minute, go to his house at 8am, and buy it all for $40. Thats spindles, hubs, rotors, and...

When I lived in Waco, there was a series of lights that were like this. What I did was timed them. If I saw the light turn red, I would count the seconds until it turned green again. So if was heading towards it, I would know weather to speed up or slow down if it just turned red etc. That...

No rain in North Texas for the foreseeable future! Now we have to wait for the lakes to recede so we can get to our ride spot. This photo (courtesy of Daniel Martin) is of the entrance to the PARK where we ride. Lake is up about 10', as of Jan it was down about 10'... so 20' in 5 months...

I was just talking with @waksk8 about this last night. How the pins are kind of counter intuitive to getting a good pump seal.

Where do you mount your hood straps on an fx1

I put mine on the vertical face of the fiber glass and used massive fender washers. Never had an issue.

Yeah, we're both okay. Second company car I've wrecked. Boss was really cool about it. Of course he has an idea that I'm looking for another job, and I bring in the most money, so I imagine that has a little to do with his response. He said that without me, the company might have had to close...

Today was a good day - the counter to trivial complaints

This post will be split between here and the complaint thread. I killed my interview. I know I joke around a lot but I don't brag on myself often. In general I think I'm mediocre at best at pretty much everything. Really. That being said, I friggen killed this interview. The guy was eating...
