    Jetting Sbn 44 for x2

I had the same question so I searched forums on here and documented what everyone was saying/recommending. Everything came back as: Main: 140-150 Low: 115-120 N/S: 2.0 Spring: 80g Start with a 2.0 N/S and 80 g spring and somewhere within the range shown on main and pilot jets and that'll get...

    New billet manifold

It's obvious that the front face of the manifold has a recessed area to accept an OE or VForce 2 style reed. I'm sure you've thought of this already but I'm curious - how will this work with a VForce 3 style reed cage? Will there be a filler plate the bolts in there? Will this space simply...

    New billet manifold

I love the fact that the o-ring grooves are located on the manifold rather than the speed plate. No more hoping your o-rings stayed in place as you bolt the speed plate down.

    OEM 155 Pump Talk

Question for when tapping for dual cooling... Are guys tapping for 1/4" or 3/8" NPT on a 1/2" barb fitting? Seems a little silly to restrict a 1/2" barb fitting with a 1/4" thread, but I figured I'd check and see if I can get any input before doing it on mine.

    Removed Visibility Sprayer

Being that I never intend to use it again I remove it completely, grind down the tube housing and flush-fill with JB weld. Nothing wrong with just capping it, but I’m too OCD to leave it at that.

    Reduction Nozzle Filler

I'm wondering what people have used to fill in the holes left in an OE reduction nozzle after removing either the visibility spout fitting or the stock siphon fitting? I've prepped mine very well, filled it with JB weld, and sanded it back flush and I've had the JB Weld break off of it twice...

    Super Jet Flywheel puller

Cool! Thanks @E350 I was afraid that the plate may be work-hardened and that drilling would be difficult, so I'm glad to hear you were able do that successfully then. I'll just plan to do that as well and I've reached out to SBT regarding the issue so they can be made aware of it and hopefully...

    Super Jet Flywheel puller

I just purchased one of the pullers that @E350 posted for my 62t SJ flywheel. Has anyone had issues with the holes on the puller plate not aligning for that flywheel? Mine are just slightly off and not allowing me to get straight access to the flywheel threads. Wondering if anyone else has...

    SexPanther

Beware of purchasing from or dealing with Austin Farr, AKA @SexPanther on here. Dumbass username for a dumbass person. I should have known. Had a poor experience in dealing with him and here’s what went down: I’ve been casually looking for a clean midshaft for a future build and noticed he had...

    Billet wax racing manifold.

Yeah I totally get it. Like I mentioned, that's perfect world from a performance perspective, but not necessarily from a business perspective. One idea may be to make a 38-46 manifold and then a 48-50 manifold. I don't really see people going from a 38/44 to a 48+ on the same motor, so you may...

    Billet wax racing manifold.

If you're making billet, thus there's no tooling costs involved, I'd recommend looking into making specific manifolds for various carb sizes. 38, 44, 46, 48, 50, etc. Since it's billet you can get away with making minor tweaks to accommodate small changes much easier. It sucks to have to manage...

    3500 for minty 89

If those decals are in fact original, that’s not an ‘89, it’s a ‘91 or ‘92. You could ask him to take a picture of the HIN and verify that. Also, if it is an ‘89, those are the least desirable years of the X2 as Kawasaki tried to cost down the steering that year and went from the “squirrel...

Interesting, thanks for the insight @Ducky . Do you know if there is a typical make/model of snowmobile that people use or does it vary quite a bit?

2020 Rickter XFS Ninja Comp G2

@Krenn Power Sports I'm wondering what type of "big reeds" this has in it. Is that an Xscream product? I've heard about these on larger displacement engines, but always wondered what they were and who produces them.

Diamond Hydroturf Sheets (Black and White)

I've got some extras from different projects I've done. The black turf has a larger area of approximately 30"x42" and a smaller section of approximately 31"x10". Asking $45 for that one. The white tuft has a larger area of approximately 63"x26" and a smaller section of approximately 18"x7"...
