I have not seen it firsthand, but I have heard that the Blowsion aluminum coupler has caused some of the coupler mounts from the bedplate to break. Hopefully this won't be a problem with this one because it is a lighter weight aluminum.

I can weigh a stocker with a tee welded on it to an X-metal for comparison if you'd like. I believe Pat mentioned something about a ten pound difference in weight if you consider the weight of the water in the box into the equation.
That's how I'm running one on my WCF ski.
Huge difference in weight when compared to a stock aluminum for a round.
