    Other Swapmeet's modular trailer build

I got the tool box mounted, gas can holder mounted and painted...but no pics... But! as a testament to the utility and versatility of the trailer... I used it to haul my BC on Saturday, and hauled a load of hardwood mulch from my parents place on Sunday. Still had some balance issues on...

Freestyle Good Dash mount for limiting rope?

Yeah, I'd put some turf around it to keep it from doing more damage than I've already done.

Freestyle Good Dash mount for limiting rope?

Dash For one, if they are large enough diameter to hold the tension/ abuse of a ski being jerked around by the pole, they end up being a large diameter and stick out, making it a knee injury waiting to happen. And, they look ghetto IMO. I think there has to be a better way. Its such small...

Freestyle Good Dash mount for limiting rope?

Just poking around: http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=458821&catalogId=10001&langId=-1&storeId=11151&storeNum=50045&subdeptNum=50046&classNum=50053#.UbVBI4y9KK0 This would be cool if it was smaller. 1-1/4" is smallest...

Freestyle Good Dash mount for limiting rope?

I need a limiting rope on my chan. I'm trying to find something strong, yet sano. I know you can use U bolts, but I'd rather not. Is there anything that's "bomber" and not goofy looking? the more I think about it, I'm surprised cold fusion or the Rad guys haven't made something out of billet...

Custom/Hybrid Drilling holes to lose weight

All that stuff Matt said. If you want to grind/ cut on something, look at bed plates, pump tabs, etc. Hell, cut off the gunwales, make a flat deck.

Custom/Hybrid Swapmeet's "Thats normal" Backie Chan build thread

I'm a righty... both with my foot and hand. The left side is just to make me appear symmetrical, it serves no real purpose.

Pretty good, need to get used to them. Might need a heel keeper or something on the left side. But thats not the holds fault.

Other Ripoff alert two superjets stolen from my house in laughlin nevada last nite..help

Post more pics for sure. Ask around, go door to door. Somebody saw something, I guarantee it, you just have to find that person. Literally hand out out flyers in your neighborhood, knock on doors. The longer you wait the colder the trail gets. And I guess we all have something to learn. Have...

    Other Swapmeet's modular trailer build

Heres the tool box. Pretty light gauge, but it would have tools in it, spare batteries, straps etc. Its sitting on 3x3" square tube. I think its 1/8th wall. And this is with my fuel jug holder that I made. My concern with the fuel jug holder is that the jugs will be lighter, if not...

    Other Swapmeet's modular trailer build

I mocked up the tool box and fuel jug mount today and took pics. Ill try to post them tomorrow. If the skis go forward, they have to go all the way forward for my cart to fit. My cart is a bit of an issue, but I don't have the skills or the funds to rebuild it right now.

Other Stolen Jet skis we need to help this guy out and find the guy

I was thinking this when it first was posted. I figure the guy 'had them stolen' and has to have the CL ad to prove to insurance that he's made an effort to find them. Just a hunch. Matt_E is my hero.

    Other Swapmeet's modular trailer build

There is almost no weight on the tongue whatsoever. Moving the skis forward was my plan B. If mounting my tool box and fuel jug holder doesn't help significantly. I thought of moving the axle back, but I would have to relocate the the fender as well... major undertaking. I'd rather move the...
