    Freestyle Carbon Kevlar Rickter FS-2

Does the tray have foam in it? If not then repairing the cracks shouldn't be too bad.

    Freeride hull mods.

Not to mention, the kawi hulls being smc aren't really good candidates for fiberglass work anyways. I do think it would be cool to modify a hull and use ut as a plug to make a mold so the actual hull will be lighter. As the guy did that made the carbon x2 with the superfreak circus bottom deck.

    Freeride hull mods.

Mine was a mint unmolested 93 x2 when I got it. The only hull modifications I've done were chopping 1.5 inches off the rear, and cutting a little bit of the inner liner of the hood to fit a blaster limited chamber. Everything else is a bolt on. I also put some fresh turf on it. Otherwise it's...

    Freeride hull mods.

As stated before, unless you're very good at fiberglass work, I would minimize hull modifications to your x2. I've seen 1 x2 flip in the surf and it was shortened I believe 5 inches. He also swapped in a yamaha engine and 144mm pump. Barrell rolls on the other hand are going to be much easier...

    The jm 718cc or 735cc

Same with the t cylinder. Going to 83mm wakes it up just as with the x cylinder.

    The jm 718cc or 735cc

If you go with a 61x cylinder then I'd do the 718, if you go with a 62t cylinder I'd go to the 735 because the sleeves are thicker on the t cylinder. You can run a .010 base gasket which will increase the compression slightly on the t cylinder. Personally I like the t cylinder because it's a...

    Engine builder current list

Lpw- can do pretty much anything and everything you can think of. I'm running a "shredder" 735 62t/62t engine in my freak. Also purchased the php cylinders and is making his own billet pv cylinders in different stroke. Best part is Paul still rides standups. He's even came to several local nc...

HPE 4mil "bolt in" stroker kit

Shouldn't be difficult to modify a set of domes for that stroker crank. Any machine ship should be able to easily modify or make custom domes and a plate for you.

Freestyle 2012 WF Vision - Hullfull of Hollow

The vision looks sorta superfreakish. If you change the footholds, I'd recommend the adjustable holds from tigercraft or rrp ninja holds. They're easy to install abd even easier to turf. And they're adjustable so no worries on adding too much or not enough padding like on the nonadjustable...

Want to Buy WTB: Boat Chaser AM Hull Hull/Project

Never ridden one personally but if it's the light blue ski with the 865 and tnt lay down pipe, that's a very solid deal..from what I can tell, the vision looks very comparable in size to the 4.3 badass or v3. I also really like the sv1. Also a great all around ski.

Want to Buy WTB: Boat Chaser AM Hull Hull/Project

The v3 is a great great surf ski especially for east coast surf. It's in my opinion the perfect all around ski. I'm sure with a 1000ccs or close to it, it is flat water flippable with some skill. Flips off a boat wake with a 701 no problem. The sv1 is also a great hull if you could find one. I...

Want to Buy WTB: Boat Chaser AM Hull Hull/Project

The v3 is probably the loosest hull I've ever ridden. It is sized almost identical to the 4.3 badass. I've ridden 2 different v3s. Both 701s with the supporting parts. One has a 155 pump thr other a 144 mag. The 144 mag ski is considerably looser than the 155 pump ski.

    Freestyle Carbon Kevlar Rickter FS-2

When it comes to hand laying glass or carbon, I also agree that using multiple layers of a lighter cloth will get better results than trying to use a heavier cloth or twill..6-8oz is ideal. When I first tried doing glass work, I made a few bad decisions due to lack of experience and ended up...

    Fx1 motor blew up!

This is why you always do a leakdown before you disassemble the engine after it blows up. Now you're just guessing as to if you had an air leak at this point. The other piston honestly looks lean to me. It's easy to.not think about the leakdown after you drop a cylinder. When it happens you can...

Carter B SN kit ride reviews

The rocker nose on mine did not have a splash guard if you want to call it that. Mine was a round nose and I did add my own splash guard which mimicked his gen 2 nose with the built in guard.. it helped a little but you would still take one to the face on occasion. The picture that wfo posted of...

    Freestyle Carbon Kevlar Rickter FS-2

Yes i absolutely think you will notice an increase in power going to 44s. If you run a stock 44 manifold then be sure to fill the crossover tube..760 carbs will work fine but mikuni 44s without chokes will be easier to tune. The only benefit to the 38s is negotiably better off idle throttle...

    Freestyle Carbon Kevlar Rickter FS-2

Once you ride an aftermarket ski and get comfortable on it you won't ride a superjet for rec riding anymore.. I'm not very familiar with the fs-2 i know it was an earlier model. It will still be a very solid upgrade from the superjet hull. I bought my superfreak as a project and completely...

    KP handlepole on SXR800, install??s

I used a blowsion sxr spring on my superfreak and cut the top as well. Also had to bend the bottom a little as well. It has a xmetal pole which typically uses pinch bolts but I like the pole spring feel over the tight pole.
