Micrometer reading on front crank bearing

Anyone have a mic reading on the front of a 701 crank handy? I have a crank where the front bearing could slide off with light pressure. I’m trying to figure out if the crank needs to be welded and resurfaced or if the bearing is damaged/oversized. Thanks!

Does thrust ez pull trim ring work on both 144 and 155

This wasn’t a back to back test but I like the oem 155 in my havoc behind a JM781 better then the 144 mag it came with.

Zeel Static Angle Change and Findings - PCDIS-02T/A02T

Ya I honestly am not sold this static angle change was necessary at all. It definitely can’t hurt and was an easy change though.

Zeel Static Angle Change and Findings - PCDIS-02T/A02T

I was planning to. I have that box sitting around. I’m not convinced it will make any difference. Also, I’d have to change to a different trigger lobe setup. I was going to make a dual pickup front cover then realized it’s not really possible with the 760 flywheel. The second pickup would be in...

Zeel Static Angle Change and Findings - PCDIS-02T/A02T

Yup you are both correct. Sorry I misrepresented the Manual a bit. The low speed timing thing was just a little “while I was in there” adjustment.

Zeel Static Angle Change and Findings - PCDIS-02T/A02T

Also, Borut confirmed that you only need a 1 degree difference between static angle and max timing. e.g., you can run 32 max timing with a 33 static angle.

Zeel Static Angle Change and Findings - PCDIS-02T/A02T

Hey All, I've been doing some testing on static angle changes and wanted to share my findings. The hypothetical concern after discussions with various people is that with a 56 degree static angle, there is a good bit of crank rotation between the trigger and ignition event during which time...

    alternative to thrust finger throttle?

Seems like the thrust finger throttle is out of stock since forever ago. Anyone know if they are coming back in stock soon? What are people buying instead? I hate normal throttle levers - always tend to dig into my middle finger. Thanks! -Jordan

Looking for Salt water sealed box for TL MSD

I have a very nicely made sealed MSD box I could sell. I forget who made them. Has valves so you can inject argon or co2 or something. Powder coated and really nicely made. I can get pics if you are interested.

Does thrust ez pull trim ring work on both 144 and 155

bought a surf ski that has no trim and a 144 mag. I’ve got a 155 ez pull system laying around. If I get a 144 trim reduction nozzle, can I use the ez pull system or is it a different trim ring? Any idea what ski that would have come on for ebaying purposes? Thanks! -Jordan

    ET 1107 Flywheel Bolt

Ditto. Run a tap in it. Mine was tight at the end but it did go in all the way. It was a miss in machining on his cranks.

    Amature freestyle switching to 1200

It was not an ijsba sanctioned event. Just pointing out I’d compete more if there were more events (ijsba or not)
