    Estimated 10-15 Hrs, 48 cc domes, comp was checked at install and found to be@ 200psi. Double checked with builder and was assured it would be OK. Timing curve, jetting etc all recommended by builder Wrong little end bearing blamed for failure

    I had this problem several times, was always a broken wire to the pickups. Once the wires warmed up they became more flexible allowing the fault to open up.

    Yes I leak tested No rod bearing did not let go, rebuilt crank. Squish was checked and ok Compression was checked but my gauge reads low. Same comp as my XS1000. Would rather not say who did the porting as its more likely my fault than their's. ADA head 31cc domes, recommended by porter. Pump...

    Crank bearings

    Pin hole is excessively worn, sorry for the slang. Jobs done now, couldn't turn the bearing as it made the locator too close to the inner edge. Just re drilled an re pinned 5 mm to the side then put a small trench to join the lube hole. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Dowel hole is flogged out. I was going to just re pin it any old place as the OEM bearings don't even line up with the oil holes from factory. Then I thought I'd just turn the bearing as well so I can line up the oil hole. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    are strokers good for full throttle runs?
