I called and talked to prowatercraft and "they said" moving them forward is less aggressive but I agree that moving them forward is going to do exactly what you said. Are yours adj forward and backwards or just up and down?

How adjustable are they? I was told moving them forward lessens the aggressiveness? Lol I just noticed that 550 has almost the same color scheme as mine

Is there something less aggressive like my pro?

Prowatercraft keeps popping up as an option, I don't want too aggressive, this thing is already as squirlly as my 550. Here is a picture of the seafood sponsons which helped a lot but coming out of a turn it straightens up almost too quick

Has anybody tried a set of rear sponsors on the FX1? I've installed a couple different sets. I pulled off of other skis to try it out and they seem to help quite a bit. Except for when I come out of a turn, it wants to straighten the ski up so fast that almost throws you out of the tray. So...

if you took all the stand ups i've owned, money spent and the hours/days/weeks/years working on them i could have easily bought a bob hull and been done. the gen2 is on my wish list for christmas

no, you can not bolt a sbn44 to a stock reed motor intake. you need a 44mm intake. there are several spacers available but i would just get an intake manifold. i use to have one back when i ran a 550. that thing would rip. it would smoke my 650, thats for sure.

does the ski just sit there and not build rpms like it should like a long boggm, or does rpm rap out and not go to full speed?
