Hey PWCSAR, I have the temp sensor bypassed. I finally figured it out yesterday however. The 90º elbow that lets water in from the pump had sand in it, and while I had blown out all the hoses and spent a whole lot of time trying to figure this out... somehow I never looked at that elbow... :|...

Before 95 the 750s had a small pin, and after they used the big. It is always a good idea to check however just someone put in a big pin motor afterwards

joelle21: count the bolts on the intake. If it only has 10 bolts like this picture you have a SP (http://www.shopsbt.com/mm5/graphics/00000001/40-206f.jpg), with 12 you have a Big Pin

Okay, heres an update. I located a guy willing to sell a 750 small pin from a 94 xi not far from home. Will it bolt right in? Same question applies to the stator. As well he has an ebox from the same machine, will that work or would i need to modify it? (or acquire one right from a sx) And...
