Yea, found the issue, stator came off the cover and ripped the wires apart. The bolts that hold the stator to the flywheel cover broke, not sure how that happened but long story short im looking for a new stator and a new flywheel cover.

Rebuilt my SXR motor, all new gaskets, bored over 1mm, I had some electrical issues last summer so I got a new stator, all new wires, e box was new as well. Ski fired right up, ran great for a few minutes and then just died. When I hit the start button nothing happens. Tried a new start button...

the new ebox doesnt have that little green plug that I got when I purchased my dry pipe, I believe its to advance the timing. Any idea on where to get one or is it really just a wire that feeds back into itself? I was just going to call FPP and have them send me a new one if I need to.

I got a new ebox and the next step is total loss flywheel and pistons but since I have the motor apart, I want to replace the crank seals, any advise with those or where to get them? Im looking at atlantic jet sports for $30.

Just got my MSD set up, i need a wiring diagram, anyone know where i can get one or have anything they can send me? I couldnt find anything on their web site.

Heres a picture of the front piston, i cant figure out what could have happened. I am going to the machine shop today to see how much to bore .5mm over. I also won my MSD ingnition system and will have that hopfully next week.

Pulled the mototr apart today, found a little scuffing on the front piston. No metal anywhare no other damage, it was time to freshen up the top end anyway. Stator cover off and im working on pulling the flywheel next. Got my hands on a total loss set up providing the deal dosent fall through...
