not sure how much experience u have with engines but seeing as how it is your first ski lots of mods could mean lots of maintenance.

looks almost exactly like my square. unfortunately there isnt really anything that i have found to keep the turf from fading while riding but i like to leave the ski covered when ever there is any sun on it. its helped keep my turf from fading nearly as fast

im not exactly sure where i saw it but there was an awesome thread on here called something like "how to turf with no seems" im pretty sure that would answer the majority of ur questions
