334 shipped with the adaptor ring. They are prob wondering why they got a bum rush of pump orders all of a sudden. LOL
All about efficiency.... Its like replacing a set of worn out dirtbike tires with some fresh ones just before a moto. Motor makes the same power as it did before, but you are just getting the power to the ground. (or water in this case)
not exactly... its more like re-gearing ur dirtbike to be more in its power band. the stator section is more efficient. but due to less volume there is less rate of flow allowing the engine to load it up and get to redline faster.
It's more than the veins- it's the larger hub as well that compresses the water more.Dissagree.... Re-gearing would be more like a prop change. New tires, more forward movement with less spinning wheel. More stator veins, more moving forward with less prop spin.
I "actually" think the large hub is displacing an air pocket and "in my opinion", water is hard to compress. It's more than the veins- it's the larger hub as well that compresses the water more.
And I like OCD's use of "actually" and "in my opinion" in the same sentence...!
Correct the water doesn't compress. You decrease the volume it can occupy, so it has to speed up. So potentially more thrust for that reason.
It came in today! Sure is heavy. Anyone have a recommended person to send it to to machine and install bearings and seal. I want it done right the first time
