I bought this thinking i would put two skis on it soon, but i only have 12 inches on either side to the end of the fenders and another ski is around 30 inches. That means with two skis they will be hanging past the tires on the sides. That seems pretty sketch to me.

Opinions? Photos of some setups?20161001_104622.jpg 20161001_104633.jpg 20161001_104645.jpg

I am in a similar situation, I will take some pics this weekend. I'm thinking of just having both skis hang over a little on each side, or putting the skis on one in front of the other. I cant tell how long the neck of yours is, but mine is extremely long so idk if that will work for you.

Too skinny. Look for a small boat trailer. They have a slightly wider axle than a standard sitdown trailer. I got mine for a couple hundred dollars. Cut about 4 feet off the tongue of the trailer because boat trailers are long. I can fit two standups or a blaster 1 and a standup. I can also tow it with just one ski on it.

That is too narrow for 2 skis. Sell it as is and get a single couch trailer.

I had a trailer I widened by using 4x4s then mounting the bunks to that, but only the bond rails were wider than the fenders, the bunks rested on the inner 1/3 of the fenders.

Now I have a double couch trailer that holds 2 stand up and a B1 with nothing widening the frame.

I love my single trailer conversion. Its a Triton that I bolted 2 4x4's across to act as out riggers for the 2x4 ski bunks to bolt onto. The trailer is very small which i like so the skis sit overtop the wheels and I've been trailering hundreds of miles this past summer with just 1 ski on the trailer while the other ski is getting a maker over. I was nerviness at first but haven't ran into any issues. If i were to do it again I would make the center bunks on each set a bit closer to each other so i could run 1 ski right down the middle or 2 up on the out riggers. Because of the wooden 4x4's I can also bolt all my eye bolts thru it and get all my tie down strapping points perfect. And there is just enough room for a 3 up fuel jug rail. For the size you cant really beat it. I'll have it at SFF in a couple weeks if you want to look it over.
