Drew was finally able to ride it sunday. This thing has crazy power now. I cannot say enough about the power on the TPE 1105, other than its almost unrideable. Height and tricks are now at a level I had always wanted. Its finally making me a better rider. I had hoped to have a ski at this level, and be able to use it properly. I'll keep you posted on that part, lol.

Still a little beat up from Sundays mishaps, but tomorrow will be another full ride day.

Few more fine tuning issues, jetting down a bit to clean up exhaust. Power is definitely there but its definitely rich. Primer kit going in. Bored steering nozzle on the way from Xscream.

Not the biggest trick or the best quality. More to follow hopefully

Stopped on way back from Wassaga ride and weighed the ski. 1/2 tank of fuel and a 12 lb battery

224 lbs. i knew this ski was light and flickable but wow. Thats 214 less fuel. And i was thinking of trying a light battery. No need now.

Matt your Circus with the PHP 1015 is insane. Mad skills there on power and your riding. Lets ride together again soon.

Peter thanks for the ride on the blaster, that DASA is a blast in that ski. Makes me want one again.

JD, Digging the Phantom with the PHP 898, really like it.

Paul, finally i get tot ride your Carbon XFS with the TPE 1105. Nice ski, totally feels like a Big Block torque monster, now put the TL in it already!

Brian, thanks for coming to the Wasaga ride, it was great to see you again. Thanks again for letting me ride your DVX, I loved it! Great job on the build and can't wait to see what it's like when your done dialing it in.

Syracuse ride this past weekend. What a great time that was. Good to see the Team Xtreme Crew and ride with them again. We need to get together soon. Set up wakes are getting better now for me. Not needed as Josh proved multiple time this weekend. Idle flips with ease

Thanks for letting me beat on your ski a little bit, it was the most impressive ski I've rode to date! The tpe motor was so impressive as always with the power being so predictable. I'm not a fan of the price for a Dvx hull but they are doing something right without a doubt.

The bored nozzle added a bunch more to the bottom end for sure. Having to go up in prop size for sure as its boiling at low speed.

Late clip of Justin Sylvains first ride on the DVX from Oswego in between shows and the IJSBA competitions. This was with the same reduction and steering nozzle sizes. hits a little harder now. Once we prop up it should be perfect.

Changed to the Torrent 155 mm for the 2015 World Finals thanks to H20 Products and Lynn Oski. The ski is now logoed with TPE and H20 Torrent for the H20, True Performance Engineering and Rage Composite Works booth. As usual in full disclosure i'm affiliated with all parties mentioned in this thread and am a dealer for all items mentioned.

The prop turns out to be about 10/17. The motor when the water injection is on spins the prop down low and makes this package hit like a freight train. Some "really good riders" have commented that its too much. Shut the water off, cooled the pipe, heated the box and now shes perfect. Tuning specs by Phil Clemmons of P&P. Its perfect now for me, low end freight train is gone, now the ski boosts on command. Long way to go for my skill set but Phil, shortened the pole 3", changed the foot holds, throttle position and trim lever.

Enter Evan Krefski, Ryan Doberstein, and Justin Sylvain.

I cannot say enough about this team of riders and crew. I am fully humbled to be a part of somethig like this. WF was huge for me this year. I learned a TON.

Spend as much time as you can with friends that tune and ride better than you.

Phils specs had me riding better than ever and landing more neutral. Few more changes to come for the trim and motor once back from AZ to make all perfect. Next up is reeds and foot hold blocks. Evans were perfect. Soft and grippy, but firm in the heel. The reeds went the first day in AZ, but I was too lazy to change. The missing bottom end snap made boosting the BF trials that much easier. Finally understand why the power up top is so important for riders. I was always a low end hit rider. Ask anyone who has ridden any of my skis. Even my old 05 701 SJ was all low end hit.

For those that dont know, I quit doing FW BF's back in 2012 when i had a -2" SJ with a DASA 1000 and B pipe. I was getting close to completing them off double up jet ski wakes. They were simple in surf back then. I tried a BF off double up ski wake, ran out of fuel and had the ski land on my head. Hospital visit later, I stopped trying them at all in the flat.

Sold the ski and updated to a Rickter EVO, then to a KDX. Every one but me was flipping my skis but I had a severe mental block.

Fast forward to WF 2015. Evan was riding next to me giving me pointers. It all clicked at once. I was keeping track for a while of how many I did and how many I failed. I lost count at 15 completed and one 3/4 BF failure. I have only ridden out of about 5 but am truly grateful to the team that got me here. I was a long road mentally for me.

Next up combos, I have only tried a few.

Brian you looked good out there in AZ. Was a pleasure finally meeting you guys since I have talked to you all so much over the forum and the phone. I laughed when you said your ski didn't have the bottom end because of the reeds, still had great power and more than my skill level. I loved riding your ski and thank you for the opportunity. Gave me insight for what I want under my feet for the riding I want to be doing. That mental block is hard to get past but glad to see your first FW flip. You were going huge out there. Great looking boat. Clean and attention to detail!

Found these wire and cooling line harness hangers through work a few years back and have been using them with great success on every build since. Super high quality and havent had one fail yet. The secret is the bonding agent and sanding and cleaning the area. They are fool proof if sanded and cleaned properly.

Super small, light and made specifically for Carbon and Fiberglass bonding with resistance to heat and petroleum products :) I figured it was the perfect fit for our sport and aftermarket hulls.

These can take the messiest builds and make them clean and bullet proof. If you are having issues with cables, wires, and cooling lines chaffing, moving around and getting cut, this is the solution.

Installed and ready for anythign you can zip tie

My older photos from fall of 2012 with Malone and Ryan Doberstein at a kids camp. Double up boat wake so thats cheating. :) Nosed this one in but didnt ride out as you can tell.
